Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early arrival may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to your arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Late check-out is available at 50% of the room rate until 4:00 PM; after 4:00 PM, a full night’s rate applies. 

In General Reservations, must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty. However, cancellation policies vary during high demand periods. Our reservations team will confirm the policy upon booking. No-shows are charged the first night’s rate plus taxes. Advance purchase and nonrefundable reservations are subject to the full amount agreed upon at booking. 

Yes. Guests must be at least 21 years old to occupy a room without an accompanying adult. 

No. The Kimberly Hotel is a non-smoking property. A $1,000 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the room. 

Room rates do not include 14.75% New York State and City Taxes, NYC Occupancy Tax ($2 per guestroom, $6 per one-bedroom suite, $8 per two-bedroom suite), and a NYS Special Unit Fee of $1.50 per room, per night. 

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests are subject to an extra person fee. Children 17 and under do not pay additional fees. Rates are subject to change until reserved and guaranteed. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A card may be pre-authorized three days in advance and may be charged one night’s deposit within three days of arrival. Failure to show for a guaranteed reservation results in a one-night room and tax penalty. 

Yes. Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi is available for all guests (who book directly through our website or a preferred travel agent). Free Wi-Fi is also available in meeting rooms and all public areas. 

Yes. Cribs are available at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Yes. Valet parking is available for a fee and subject to availability. Current rates are $60 for 24 hours for cars and $70 for minivans/SUVs. In-and-out privileges are not included.
